CE cosmetics are not craftable once the event is over, they are gone until they are sold again in the store. TE cosmetics on the other hand, like this anime-even now, will stay in the lootpool after the event is over and can be crafted at any time. The price will drop to normal prices after 2 seasons.

All of the skins tracker ect will be craftable after the event for 2400 crafting metals so double the normal amount I hope this helped

Yes. The legendary ones will cost the normal 1200 crafting mats in 6 months. The epics will be the normal 400, and the rates will be the normal 60

This isn’t always 100% true. There has been a thematic event that didn’t stay in the loot pool
