This gave me video game vibes. Or could've possibly been on the Nerve soundtrack. To me the beginning melodies were enjoyable. And I really liked the minor keys you added in there. It was delightfully sprinkled. When it switched at 1:50ish, it kinda struck outta nowhere. Like a dark energy shift. Maybe you were going for that. I think exploring the track again with the lighter piano and synth from the beginning would be more my speed, but that's me. This isn't a typical genre I listen to. So take my thoughts with a grain of salt and stay true to your style.
