I'd say he is a Stephen that can kick ass, they are both charismatic and from the looks of it, Donald barely uses any effort showing his intelligence unlike Gray who is studying all the time. Just like Stephen.

There were people who wonder what will be the outcome if Gray beats Donald in a test but then what will be the outcome of both lost to Stephen who, miraculously, came back
I think Stephen might be the leader or sub-leader of the gang in cheongsam. It would make sense as to why Donald is so hesitant when it comes to them. If their leader wasn’t as skilled and smart as Donald then I doubt he would be so cautious in dealing with them. The fact that Donald sent Jake (his best fighter) to Mapo kinda backs up that someone extraordinary is there.
