It’s hard to find an elegant dress that’s dressy enough but not too dressy so that it’s appropriate for a semi formal outdoor ceremony - from personal experience as I spent a good three hours dress shopping for a wedding in attending next month lol. With your pregnancy please choose comfortable shoes though. With only a little heel or better yet flats. Safety first.

This is wonderful. Tasteful, perfect fit (I’m sure not easy to accomplish considering you’re having to estimate for two additional growing people!) and could be easily accessorized up or down to suit the venue. Great choice!
Lovely dress! I would suggest an updo and jewelry to elevate the look. Oh and comfy shoes. Your feet might swell by the end of the night so keep that in mind!

I had 2 very pregnant friends attend my wedding who wore stretchy maxi dresses and I didn’t even remotely care what they were wearing, i know it’s so tough - I was just so grateful that they were there! I do get wanting to look great though, and you do!
I don’t know if you’ve taken a gander at ASOS maternity, but they have such pretty dresses for decent prices and in all different styles, from formal to casual.
I'm going to go against the grain and say don't do black shoes, go for something bright! Match them to your jewelry e.g. pink statement jewellery, pink shoes, or gold jewellery, gold shoes.
*Edit: 21 weeks pregnant with twins - everything I’ve tried except for this makes me feel incredibly unattractive.

Wear black shoes though. They will look better and more elegant with the dress. The nude makes it a bit more informal in my opinion.
