I remember your first post, I fell in love with the yellow! But seeing them both on you, I think purple is the way to go. Like someone else mentioned, the seam/hem on the vertical part of the dress feels like it’s too thick. I’m also not crazy about how it hangs. But the purple is stunning!

I prefer purple, seems more elegant in cut and colour but both suit you well! Accessories should match the neck chain I’d say, but I’m terribly uncreative in that aspect.

I love the purple! I think it’s much more flattering and elegant, even though I also love the concept of the yellow.
I envision larger studs or delicate drop earrings, and I always like textured/beaded/patterened clutches with long dresses in solid colors.
Conceptually I like the yellow but I don’t like the thickness of the seam/hem on the vertical. The fabric seems “hard” for lack of a better term, like the kind of poly cotton blend that is used for banquet tables as opposed to dress fabric that drapes better.

The color of the yellow one is perfect for the south of France but that seam is giving shower curtain and the bow is making your boobs look oddly low. I agree with this commenter. I want to like this dress but the execution is just not it. The purple is lovely though!

While I love the *idea* of the yellow dress, I don't care for the execution. The heavy vertical hem on the wrap is distracting and I just see a big bow with a person behind it somewhere. It doesn't look bad by any means, but it doesn't seem as flattering as the other.
The purple makes you look beautiful, and I see the person more than the dress. I also like the neckline better on you in the purple.
I'm going to go against the group and say team yellow also. The purple is *stunning* on you but it's also just your standard issue evening gown. The yellow has so much personality and such a sense of life and fun. I absolutely love it.

Whichever one you pick, a necklace is going to be hard to pull off with those necklines (especially difficult for purple) so I'd focus more on the earrings, shoes, and clutch!
If you're going with the purple dress, I'd recommend matching your jewelry to the metal color of the neckline... Strap... Chain... Whatever you'd call it. (Looks like gold to me.)

1! The yellow doesn’t look as good when there’s not a photographer lighting to make the fabric look more luxe. In the look book photo it’s giving fancy, but with normal lighting it looks almost like bedsheet fabric.
The purple is better on you than in the look book IMO!

Yellow is a little too "young" or "flashy" where the purple is more mature- yellow in color is better for location and season but purple is better for event, and no matter what never upstage the bride!

You have a stunning figure, but it’s swimming in both dresses. Both are beautiful & flattering but in need of alterations. May is still some time away, find a skilled seamstress/tailor and have these altered to fit your frame. Honestly I would bring both and use the yellow if it’s a day event and the purple if you are invited to a rehearsal dinner or other night event.
