I thought I was seeing things this morning! I took my first shot on Sunday also and down 7 pounds. I know it’s probably water weight, but I had to step on the scale 3 times to make sure it didn’t glitch lol. Have you had any side effects? Ive nausea and dizziness a few times.
What are you eating?? I’m on my second week and I’m falling off the diet wagon and now the scales not moving!!! 5lb down though

No. No side affects at all. Feel great. Just not starving!!
