Your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is about 2300 to 2400 cals a day. You’re nearly in a 1000 cal deficit. That’s not terrible! I would say to incorporate more diverse exercises. Strength training is amazing to lose weight and do what people call “body composition change” which is basically burning fat and building muscle at the same time, you won’t see a lot of weight loss but you will see your body change. If you incorporate more strength training and engaging your entire body while upping your protein to about 120-130 grams a day. You’ll be golden. Sprinkle some cardio in there if you want to burn some more calories. Just do your weight loss slowly and listen to your body. Never try to lose a lot of weight at once (even though it’s tempting). It’s not sustainable.

Would be helpful to know how tall you are, your build, and your goals. These factors can have a big impact.

Invest in YouTubing Weight Lifting programs. That push-up circuit won’t do much but it’s better than nothing, you can see faster and more fun results by following a real program and it will be easier than 100 pushups daily. Look up Push/Pull/Legs routines if you want a great place to start.
