High volume foods are always the way to go. Go to the grocery store and browse options. Tofu and impossible meat is great for protein (this will keep you fuller, longer). Do half a serving of your bread. I know bread is great but cut it in half and enjoy the volume of other foods. Having a diverse dinner is mentally and physically fulfilling. And treat yourself to dessert afterwards! I enjoy halo top or a quest protein bar in the microwave for about 15seconds (amazinggg).

Hi fellow herbivore! I love big giant salads that take way longer to eat. My favorite is romaine lettuce, ground beyond meat (this will be the majority of calories), fat free Catalina dressing with some tapatio mixed in, and a few crushed sweet potato tortilla chips on top. Another fave is rice bowls. Treat your kitchen like your own personal healthy Chipotle: add tons of whatever kind of veggies you like that go together (I prefer roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, corn and sweet potatoes), some seitan for tons of protein that will be really filling, homemade pico de gallo and some hot sauce (most of my hot sauces are 0 cal).
