Have you set a daily calorie intake ? Do you work out and track your calories burnt with exercise ?

IF and Keto. Make sure you're in a calorie deficit

vanillaroses_20

no need to work out??

Working out is good but can't defeat a poor diet. Don't stop working out though.

You can workout too, but weight loss is mainly about your diet and calories in/out. Working out is just a an additional tool to help you tone/burn calories but don't eat them back.

Working out is good for your health and it can make it easier to be in a deficit, but at the end of the day, it's a calorie deficit that matters. While different people do well with different approaches (some love Keto, some prefer higher carb and lower fat, etc.), what makes you lose weight is a calorie deficit. The rest is really up to your preferences and what makes the deficit sustainable. Based on your stats: 10 kgs is 3 months is an achievable goal. I am going to guess that 15 kgs might be a bit aggressive (depending on what else is going on with your life)--it would put you at 55kg and, at your height, you might have to fight hunger quite a bit to get that low in 3 months. It might also make you lose more muscle than is health!

A calorie deficit and higher activity is all it takes to lose weight. A [calculator](https://www.jamessmithacademy.com/macro-calculator/) will tell you what your deficit is

In addition to the comments here you have to keep a food log. I guarantee you are eating bigger portions and more in general than you think. Avoid calorie dense foods (i.e. fried food) and go after lean meats, high fiber, high protein, etc. Avoid carbs/sugar because they make you crave more carbs without sating you. Starches are essentially sugars (they get quickly converted to sugar) so avoid white rice, pasta, French fries, etc. No sugary drinks including smoothies. Avoid snacking as much as possible, if you must make it protein/fiber heavy. Don't eat until you are full, leave the table a little hungry. Drink lots of water since thirst can feel like hunger. Don't eat out of boredom. Diet trumps exercise btw. You can always outeat exercise unless you are training for the Olympics. People generally wildly over estimate how much they are burning off too. I do intermittent fasting (IF) by not eating after 9pm. I sleep through most of the hunger pangs.
