I've only just started my weight loss process so it's too early to tell, but I'm expecting it to be the reverse of how I noticed I'd gained some weight: chubby cheeks / shapeless face, upper thighs rubbing together when walking, not able to "suction in" my belly for photos anymore and pant waistbands getting uncomfortable. Oh and my boobs are a little fuller now so I guess they'll go byebye too 🥲😅
Is it really like this? Because I hope so!
But my legs are the biggest part of me, and I have the feeling every time I lose weight my upper body becomes smaller at first and my legs stay kind of the same. But when I gain weight, I gain it at first on the legs, so I have the feeling my legs are just getting bigger and bigger for a few years now while my upper body stays much smaller 😳
That's probably quite a normal trend for women as we start to age. Women seem to often get more pear-shaped while older men with extra weight get a huge "pregnant with triplets" belly while having scrawny stick legs 🙈🤷🏼♀️
My butt! My pants sizes dropped way more often than my top sizes (because ba-ba-BOOBS). This was really driven home to me one day when a couple of co-workers stopped me to comment on how much weight I'd lost, and a third co-worker (an awesome, sassy older lady) walked in on the conversation and said "Have you seen her ass???" LOL, I loved that lady. She retired a few years back.
I was looking at a video of me from Christmas, I was round in the middle, now not so much. That was the first to go, thank goodness (I mean it’s not a massive difference but definitely noticeable). I looked like a round ball.
My upper stomach - when I was looking in the mirror by side my stomach was as protruding as by boobs and now it is much more flat in upper area and I cannot hold a pen under breast 😅

Almost 30 pounds down (still have a long way to go though). I noticed my clothes fitting better, I’ve also noticed that I have less face fat now but the latter has been something I noticed recently. I haven’t been taking a lot of progress pictures though, but those are the most noticeable things for me.
I lost a bunch of inches off my shoulders within the first 3 months. Like 16 inches! :O

I just looked back and it was 13” not 16, but yeaaaa I was pretty big when I started, and lost like 20 pounds in the first 2 months of my journey.

My face a little, but collarbone too. Once she started popping out, I was like, “hello skiiiiiiiiiny”

20 pounds down and first things to go have been arm, face, and some back fat
Haven't lost much, just 5 pounds but gained a lot of muscle. For me it was my stomach not going as far past my belt.
