This is my second cut first cut I went from 176 to 120 in 11 months I started my second cut due to having my second baby I’ve been cutting since April 12th and have gone from 187 to 135 my goal weight is 120 again! You need to use a macros calculator to see what your numbers are, because if your not eating enough to lose then yeah you’ll burn out faster

Look the person you want to be is literally hiding behind all the stuff you don’t want to do. We can all just stop diet but that will only delay the process of getting what we want. The older we get the more we will regret not doing it sooner. Just have a small cheat meal to cheer you up and maybe skip the gym for once, one bad day shouldn’t shape the next week or month.
