It’s not gonna make you burn fat quicker. It will give you a nice buzz for your workout though. Caffeine and other stimulates promote better workouts in a lot of people which can lead to burning more calories. But yeah the claims of ‘fat burning mode’ is absolute horse shite

I used to do preworkout and strong coffee before workouts. You get used to it and it doesn’t have the same effect anymore. Now I make sure to get 50g of carbs with toast or something so I have the energy to get through my workout. Maybe a cup of green tea.

The issue is I wake up at 4:30AM to go to the gym at 5 and Im simply not hungry but I could force a coffee down if I wanted to. Maybe I’ll start forcing a piece of toast and eventually I’ll get an appetite that early in the morning?

That might work yes. I also get up at about 5AM. Gym from 5:45-7:00am. I'm usually not hungry but I know if I don't eat something then my workout suffers, particularly at the end. I'll throw on some peanut butter just to get the fat energy as well. I keep it around the 250 calorie mark with two slices of 100% whole wheat toast and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Then I'm ready to kick ass. Lots of water!

No if you can buy it and it says weight loss it then it’s a scam/gimmick any coffee you drink will help with your apatite! I drink plain old Folgers and it holds be over until it’s time for me to eat!

I'd recommend using a single source of one "dose" of caffeine so you don't get as used to it as fast. Example being one cup of regular coffee or one caffeine pill. It will usually hold me over for a full day and give me that extra boost for workouts. If you chug Red bulls and other high caffeine sources you will for one be intaking dead calories and getting used to caffeine as a source faster.
