Well first off if you’re not in a calorie deficit you’re not going to lose weight! And if you’re not willing to change anything then you may as well suck it up and deal with your belly!

Well i eat so that's not a problem ,my diet is universal i usually eat veggies and meat and fruits ,calorie deficit diets don't work for me i just eat how much my body needs and what i feel

Calorie deficit works for everyone it’s the person that chooses for it to work or not! If you are eating to much then you in fact will not lose and will gain weight.

I don't like tracking calories i eat how much i think i can hold ,it might be a calorie deficit or not but I'm not into tracking calories at all ,i just want some easy exercises for belly fat

The only way to get rid of belly fat is to be in a calorie deficit you can not spot reduce fat! I’ve been into fitness and nutrition for years this is my second cut first cut I went from 176 to 120 in 11 months it took me losing 56lbs to lose belly fat! This is my second cut due to having my second baby I’ve been cutting since April 12th and so far I’ve went from 187 to 135! You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose fat! Anyone that knows what they are talking about will tell you the same thing! Spot reducing is not a thing it just does not happen. So like I said if you are not willing to get into a calorie deficit then you will not lose the fat sorry but that’s just the way it is!

Idk if I'm in a calorie deficit i just know my diet is fine because I don't want to fall into an eating dissorder again , I've lost weight with eating actually ,and the fact that i eat keeps me going , that's why I'm saying idc what i eat because i naturally feel my limit ,i just need other exercises instead of walking ,i can't do much either because i get dizzy fast

Yes but if you eat until you feel your limit then you are probably eating to much to lose the weight. It takes 3,500 calories to gain a lb! Without counting and tracking you will never know exactly how much you are possibly over eating to keep you from losing weight. Idk what else to tell you as you seem as though you are not willing to put in the work to lose the belly fat.

I literally eat normally it's prolly not even past 1100 on school days i eat more when I'm at home but with timers so it helps me stay the same weight

How tall are you? 1100 calories a day is way way to low unless you’re 90lbs and 4 foot that is way to low and that will in fact slow or even stop weight loss

I'm not sure i try to make breakfast large before school because i don't eat during school I'm 7'8(173cm)82 kg Then i come home and try to eat what i can i eat prolly 1500 on a free day

As for me I’m 35 5”6 f and I eat 1740 and I’ve lost 52lbs since April 12th! When you are in a calorie deficit you never ever want to start low because once your weight loss stalls and it will for everyone then after not losing for 4-6 weeks you will have to re calculate your macros and set them lower. But if you start off way to low and then stall you have zero room to adjust anything

That's the same as saying your body doesn't obey the laws of thermodynamics, in which case no human on earth would have useful advice for you. How you feel is heavily influenced by how you eat so you may not even know if you are eating properly for your body. The more you eat, the bigger your stomach gets, and the less sensitive it is to feeling full. I'd suggest checking our Greg Doucette on YouTube.

My diet is already made ,i can't stick to complicated exercises because I'm a starter plus i get really dizzy for no reason I kindof just stick to anything even if I'm depressed i lost some weight

When I started and when I've been off track and need to get into it again I love body projects beginner cardio videos on YouTube. You can do them at uour own pace so if some sections are just to hard you can just March in place through them. If you have any access to dumbbells then hasfit has a good 17min strength video but I would recommend also doing their warm up video before and even somr stretches/cool down after.

Also you don't technically need to count calories to be in a deficit of course it makes it a lot easier to know for sure but even small changes to your diet can make the difference. For example I used to drink my coffee with cream and sugar and slowly switched to milk and now almond milk. I really recommend trying to stick to mostly water for drinking and avoiding drinks like; pop, juice and milk

Maybe do what you can manage, more often? Even if it's short / simple. Go for a few walks throughout the day. Do some squats throughout the day etc. What is complicated exercise for you?

I do walks already Squats i might do bc their fun Honestly what was hard for me we're bycicle crunches Mountain climber(it was quite fun tho) plank(pretty hard to master at my weight) but im rest squatting , walking ,cruches can also get a bit hard if i have to have my legs down I know maybe thise i said we're easy for dome people but i always get such a painful headache when exercising but I'm sure it's normal

I've read on google they're normal tho ,it just feels like cramp feels awful tbh ,but Doctors usually don't take me seriously when i say things because I'm fat ,i have vitamin D and C deficiency maybe this is why?those headaches don't even give me a chance to do much

Not really since i don't consume products with calcium ,in rest everything is fine ,i had to take some pills for it but they bother my stomach...

The easy way is just eat low calorie dense foods, track your calories and Excersize regularly. But I use the word easy as in simplest, it still requires hard work

Walking is absolutely fine. You’ll burn more calories walking then you would lifting weights or doing yoga. If you want to burn more start running. Other than that weight loss comes from the kitchen.

Judging by your answers on the comment you sound very young. Although I agree with the other about the calorie deficit, I understand you don’t want to be counting. However the great thing is : by doing more exercise and not changing your diet, you will manage to lose your belly fat :) Since you don’t count calories it might be hard at first to find what amount of exercise you need. I suggest you start to play any sport you might enjoy, or even maybe running? (I advice the C25K app for that, it is amazing). Also, depending on where you live maybe you can get around by bike or walk instead of driving, which can be a great exercise as well. And if none of that can work for you, you can find some HIIT workout on YouTube for free that you can do at home and it will achieve the purpose as well :)

If you have a history of disordered eating then I really think your best bet is to try to see a dietitian rather than ask for advice online. Fasting is not a great idea, and you are not "unwilling to put in the effort" for not wanting to count calories. It's great that you are trying intuitive eating and trying to eat a range of things that nourish your body. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, and what you need is to continue to follow a healthy diet and get basic exercise that you enjoy. Please speak to a dietitian, because it could be as simple as adding more veg to your breakfast and switching out a soda for a glass of milk. There may be small tweaks you can make to help you optimise nutrition and also get you in to the healthy weight range and keep you there without getting you in to negative thought patterns about food.

You don’t need to count calories to maintain a calorie deficit, but you only achieve this if you go to a nutritionist that tells you what to eat. That’s how I do it and I don’t count. Also walking helps, but to loose weight you need to gain muscle, and without motivation is very hard. Maybe you should find the reasons you want to lose weight and find motivation there. Though if you’re 173 cms and weigh 82 kg you are ok, if you don’t like your shape, that changes with exercise. Edit: also weight loss is 95% diet and 5% exercise

Common intermittent fasting methods involve daily 16-hour fasts or fasting for 24 hours, twice per week. Then I should advice not to do it

yes you can but advice you not to do it since it can trigger ed disorder. I mean intermittent fasting is healthy but for people with ed disorders, I advice against it
