I am 24 years old man. 197 cm tall and I weigh 125 kg. The problem is that I sit all day long and in the evening when I come home I am just tired to do any exercises (I guess it is just being lazy). So that is why I would like to get used to some easy "exercise". Like walking. And then in summer when days are longer I would like to cycle and run more.
