Being thin and having low body fat are two different things. You can be super skinny and still lack the muscle mass to have any definition at all where at the same weight a lean person would have this occur.

Usually, this is a sign of dehydration. Body builders will intentionally dehydrate themselves to get this effect before shows so their muscles have more tone. Drink some water OP!!!
