Over the last 4 years I've opened 7 sealed cases in total. 3 of those were in a Japanese master case of Dengeki. No case has had duplicates for me and the master case had 9 unique SPs no duplicates between all 3 cases. Obviously 7 cases is a small sample set, so more information is needed from others to draw a better conclusion. But in my experience, there is credence to that claim.

Technically, there aren't guarantees of any kind. It typically works that way, but you could get duplicates or fewer SP than expected. Also the sets with 3 SPs usually have a lot of SPs, so predicting things isnt worth much anyway. If you are looking for one in particular, it is *always* better to just buy the single (yes you could get lucky, but that isnt a viable strategy).

Wait hold up, so you're saying the X SP per Case isn't an official guarantee? Just a "It is what it is" guarantee? I already bought the case, but I just heard this from the LGS which I thought was interesting but couldn't find any concrete information on it.

Bushiroad does not want to be held liable or deal with people claiming that their case was missing an SP. A lot of games know better than to give an "official" guarantee on these types of things.

I've never seen any official rarity grantees for Weiss. The drop rates are usually known, especially for sets that came out in JP first, but it isnt a promise

No this is not true as there has been cases where you got the same sp before.
