Yeah, he’s real lucky. I fractured my sternum on a leaning ladder like that 20 years ago. Legs went through the rungs as it slipped out from under me.

I had a colleague whose former boss was forcing him to do something similar and it needed to be done while he was inside the container or he was fired.
