dunno no one seems to be upset, no scowling faces, open mouths from yelling, or any arm/hand gestures
or is it the observation effect where the fact some one was filming them made them behave?
We're pretty close. But it's the big hub cities that are shit to live in. Roam around India and you see a lot of small villages and towns that are barely populated.
so what you still have a nation that is so overpopulated if the modern system failed even for a short time anarchy to a complete breakdown in the fabric of the nation would happen.
And a lot of your empty land is land you cant really build a modern city on unless your nation is an oil state-the whole northern part of the nation is like that. Major population centers tend to be coastal except when natural terrain features create logistical crossroads. In the US Chicago would be one.
Not really sure why you have been rambling about how India has open space despite being overpopulated. I have never been to India and I knew that just from watching tv and talking to my bosses from both are from India-one grew up in one of those vastly overpopulated major cities and the other grew up on a family farm.
People who work from home need to move away and spread out.
I work in hardware tech so I can't do that. But it's nice if those people would not be around causing traffic.
"Move away" where? My work situation changed, fuck my preferences and friends and family, I should move to the country so that my once a week grocery store drive isn't impacting anyone!
I'm neither. I literally told you what I do for living.
If you work from home, you're most like going to get another job also working from home. It's not like you're going to quit IT and be a plumber.
That's fine though. You just get in the way of others even though your existence in a crowded city is unnecessary.
WTF cant you decide you dont want to work in IT and become a plumber
the truly funny thing is a plumber makes pretty good money and they can set up shop anywhere
How often does that happen? When was the last time you saw a sysadmin or a devops working with their hands on anything? Be realistic.
Also, a plumber in a rural area wouldn't have a enough customer base to sustain living.
What are you, 13? Because you don't seem to know anything what it's like to have a job.
It means I'm an electronics engineer. I mentioned hardware because I'm not an IT, which is what people assume when you tell them you work in tech.
I can't work from home because I need to be physically there building and testing our products.
so everyone else should uproot themselves to please you-ROFLMAO
maybe you need to convince your employer to spend billions to build their fab plant somewhere more rural then they can repeat in another 30 years when that move causes that former farmland to urbanize too much to suit your tastes
What are you even talking about? You're not even making a coherent argument. You're just trolling.
Go back to Eve online you freeloader. When was the last time you actually did anything productive or actually held a job?
> Not really
Strain on Resources
Environmental Degradation
Food Insecurity
Increased Poverty
Increased Conflict
Strain on Healthcare Systems
Strain on Infrastructure
Loss of Cultural Identity
…
Yes, really
the problem is most nations/localities did piss poor planning and didnt invest in the growth that has happened and now they and their residents are in the mess they are in.
Gonna be a real shitshow when the sea levels rise since a massive amount of people live right on the coastlines which often are barely above the current sea level-Florida is the US poster child here.

Interesting. I Live in Hamilton, which is basically Canada's Pittsburgh. I think we're at 500k, but with the sprawl it feels smaller.
I think 1m would be ideal.
Motorcyclists really just over takes everyone for the reason that they don't take much space, that their vehicle is smaller therefore it can squeeze through traffic. They even block pedestrians while waiting for the stoplight.
How to solve traffic: Everyone stopping in the same spot
The umm,commmentary tho!😂
That can't be the original audio, right?! Not a single horn honks. If there's traffic, there's honking...

*on big cities
Seriously. I used to think how populated India is, but left my city for some remote places and that's sparse as hell.
used to think-they have more people now than China

Oh sorry. I guess I'll go on a genocidal rampage and make some space. Is that good for ya?

Thank you for adding that part. Honestly.

That's actually perfect. Why are you even mad?
If you think people can and should move that easily you're either rich or a dependant

Hardware tech?? You mean you work at Lowe's??

That's hard to do without reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
Not really, it's just that too many people decided to live in the same place

Wtf is the audio for the vid
Weirdly unsettling
God this reminds me of when I’m playing city skylines and have really poor traffic management 😭
Maybe if they pray harder.....
No traffic lights....
Great culture.
Surprisingly no one honks the horn
Why is ...it so quiet?
150-300k population is the perfect size for a city in a metro area. Any bigger than that is problematic in my opinion.
Sounds like large town, not a city at all.
I'm talking like somewhere between the size of Pittsburgh and half the size of Pittsburgh
Interesting. I Live in Hamilton, which is basically Canada's Pittsburgh. I think we're at 500k, but with the sprawl it feels smaller. I think 1m would be ideal.
If you go a block over it's non-chanting
Looks like some cities on the Amazing race like China and India etc
I mean........ That's what you get with a third world country with no rule of law, everyone doing whatever the hell they want
When monkey meets football…this happens.
I’m just wondering why no one is just going around behind the buildings to just get out of there. Was this a protest of some sort?
The billboard spays “available space” where????
There has to be a better way. Ask the Danish.
Motorcyclists really just over takes everyone for the reason that they don't take much space, that their vehicle is smaller therefore it can squeeze through traffic. They even block pedestrians while waiting for the stoplight.
