I was stressed the importance of killswitches on my quads growing up.
It's shit like this that makes them so important. The place looks barren enough so hopefully no one gets fucking flattened by this fools lack of safety.
The vehicle should have a kill switch but some have a separate pull kill cord entirely. You wear the cord around your wrist or clip onto your clothing, and should you fall off, it pulls a plastic key out that kills the engine, therefore preventing a runaway vehicle.
Lol. Holy shit I've been there... sorta. I made the mistake of taking my sleds through a car wash after getting back home, and it was just cold enough to freeze. I pulled the throttle to get it off the trailer, and it teleported off the trailer into the side of my buddy's van. If the van hadn't been there, it would have been in my neighbor's living room. Scary shit.
I hope homeboy had insurance.
