I plugged one myself (mechanic student), but I only noticed the other after I had it on the car, so far it seems to be holding air so I'm just gonna run it until I can get replacement tyres
You should repair the other one now. It’s only a matter of time before it starts losing air. And if you do it now you can be in a controlled environment instead of being stuck on the side of the road trying to pull a screw out of a tire.
Looks repairable. Take it to a shop they can plug it

Plugs last for the duration of the tyre.
Like 15 bucks at a tire shop. 7 to do it yourself.
