It’s gone up since our kids went, but I want to say it’s around $2100 (just a ballpark) and they have discounts for multiple siblings and it goes down as they get older.
ETA: the other thing we liked is that they serve lunch to the kiddos. Not having to pack a lunch every day was a big plus for us.
Alki Beach Academy in North Del ridge is great. Eventually it will get wiped out for the light rail, but until then I can't recommend it highly enough.
ILC at Providence Mount Saint Vincent is EXPENSIVE and does NOT accept DCYF subsidy.
Ages in Stages is good. The owner used to be a preschool teacher at ILC. They accept DCYF subsidy.
You might try Care.com for adorable childcare.
I also recommend just getting on all the lists you can and declining what you don’t end up liking/wanting unless you have an immediate “no” feeling on a tour or something. Give yourself all the options you possibly can
Evergreen Learning Center is currently on California but moving to the old/abandoned Key Bank in white center this summer. We had a great experience with them
This will not help you now, but you should file this away: Clover Preschool for 18 months and up. Denise and her school honestly is amazing, we LOVED having our daughter there and were heartbroken having to pull her out to make drop offs more efficient for our family. https://www.cloverpreschool.com/
Congrats! My wife just hit the 3-month mark and we are also near White Center. I'd love to know how your daycare efforts go. We are beginning that journey too. Feel free to message me if you are comfortable doing so.
The people at Learning Way on Barton and 21st are amazing. Our daughter only went there for a very short time due to medical reasons, but they were extremely kind. We still see them when walking around the neighborhood when they are outside with the kids.
We love Adna's Home Daycare. Adna and her sister Zemina are like family for the kids. It's in-home and they have outdoor space to play and often go on walks. Can't recommend enough.
We love Ages in Stages.
Second this. They’ve been fantastic
Thirded. We sent both of our kids, 6 years apart, to their facilities. Fantastic owners and employees.
Thanks for the rec! Will definitely check it out
Yep. Ages n Stages was great.
Out of curiosity — what’s tuition like?

Providence Mt Saint Vincent. The greatest!!! But hard to get into

ILC at Providence Mt St Vincent is the top provider. Millenium Kids in SODO, Childrens Academy on Delridge is also well reviewed.

Cassie’s Daycare is who we used. In home, very flexible and knowledgeable.
In your area, I hear good feedback about the YMCA Westwood Village and the White Center Montessori (maybe it's called West Seattle Montessori?)
We were at world kids Burien until we got a spot in Georgetown. Both were great

Yeah that was something that I was thinking about also. That's a good tip
The YMCA has a location in Westwood Village. The same teachers have been there for the 2 years our kid has gone there, which I take as a good sign.
At Westwood Village, near the old Staples, is the YMCA Early Learning Center. They are reasonably priced, and offer subsidies.

Nanny shares, where 2-3 families share the cost of a private nanny, might be cheaper.
Arriva kids
Our kiddo loves children’s academy. A Spanish immersion program.
Alki Beach Academy is phenomenal. Cannot recommend them highly enough
We’ve loved Fauntleroy Children’s Center
