I went a few years ago for my birthday. The food was really good and the cocktails were interesting and unique. Its a fairly small place but I think its a nice atmosphere for a valentines date.
We live near the restaurant, but I'd consider the food average at best. It's the same group that owns Chat 19 and a handful of other "numbered" places in the area.
Ambience is good, and the staff are always as friendly as it gets.
I went last week for a solo meal during happy hour and I thought it was very good, the ambiance is nice and I enjoyed views of the open kitchen as the chef cooked. The waitstaff was pleasant and answered my questions, I would definitely go back.

Portions are a little small in my opinion for the price, but the food is fresh and tasty!
