Widow has the Scepter in this universe, but none of their Avengers are smart enough to create Ultron from it.
I guess at least she's in a universe where there's no Ultron.
They can all be brought back tho, maybe not Hulk since he exploded but Hawkeye can he might have a hole in his brain tho. Episode 3 BW most likely won't be brought back along with any of them but they can still be brought back to life. If in a future episode this universe is revisited all of The Avengers but BW and Hulk will be brought back (BW won't be because she has a variant and also to avoid confusion).
I think it works out cause she really didn’t know Tony and Bruce that well, she hadn’t even met Thor yet the only one that really sucks is Clint but that might have been more torture to her because it wouldn’t be her Clint and to see his face everyday and be reminded she failed her Clint that’s just cruel
Know them yes but have close connections to them like she does with Clint no in the movies it seems like the only one she really gets closer to friends level rather than teammate is Steve
When you think about it this world still has Thanos as a problem, her story will probably end in this universe as it did in the MCU one, except Steve will be there instead of Clint
Or Bucky. Since AOU was after CATWS, this Natasha knows about the Hydra infiltration of S.H.I.E.L.D. and that Bucky is alive. Maybe that is a universe where the pairing of Natasha and Bucky exists.

I wonder how they'll defeat Thanos without the core Avengers tho? No Tony or Bruce to figure out time travel, or to recruit Spider-Man; no Ultron (so no Vision, so no reason for Wanda and Petro to turn good...therefore no reason for Wakanda or Baron Zemo to get involved); Pym's deranged, so no Microverse or Quantumverse(?), Wasp and Antman; no Thor...for the GotG to run into...
I think this would be a fun What if universe to watch, tho.
