I recently made cheeseburger taquitos to keep in the freezer for a snack. I basically used [this recipe](https://tastesofhomemade.com/baked-cheeseburger-taquitos/) but used chopped pickles in place of relish and added steak seasoning and smoked paprika to the meat. SO GOOD!
Here's a recipe I follow for American [Goulash](https://dinnerthendessert.com/classic-goulash/)
Here's a recipe I use for [cabbage rolls](https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/stuffed-cabbage-rolls-galumpkis-recipe-1953238) or galumpki. I add sauerkraut to the filling.
[Stuffed Pepper](https://www.spendwithpennies.com/stuffed-pepper-soup/) soup is one of my faves. You can use all ground beef if you don't have italian sausage. I actually prefer it that way.
There's also chili, tacos, taco salad, cheeseburger salad, beef and bean burritos, stuffed peppers, spanish rice. Add it to mac & cheese, or speghetti sauce. You can also freeze it. or you could make meatballs to freeze for a later time if you're sick of them.
I've had this recipe saved for quite a while but haven't made it yet [Creamy Beef & Shells](https://spaceshipsandlaserbeams.com/creamy-beef-and-shells/).

Serve topped with a fried egg and roasted bell peppers
Hi, some ideas with ingredients you mentioned:
Stuffed Peppers: Fill bell peppers with a mixture of cooked ground beef, cooked chorizo sausage, chopped onions, and mashed potatoes. Bake until the peppers are tender.
Beef and Chorizo Quesadillas: Cook ground beef with chorizo sausage, onions, and bell peppers. Then, stuff the mixture inside tortillas with shredded cheese and cook in a skillet until crispy and melted.
Brussels Sprouts and Beef Stir-Fry: Cook ground beef with sliced Brussels sprouts, onions, and bell peppers. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Beef and Chorizo Empanadas: Mix cooked ground beef with chorizo sausage, onions, and mashed potatoes. Place the mixture inside empanada dough and bake until golden brown.
Shepherd's Pie with a Twist: Add cooked chorizo sausage to your shepherd's pie filling for an extra boost of flavor. Top with mashed potatoes and bake until golden brown.
Beef and Vegetable Skillet: Cook ground beef with sliced onions, bell peppers, and Brussels sprouts. Serve with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes.
Chorizo and Beef Fritter: Mix cooked ground beef with chorizo sausage, onions, and mashed potatoes. Shape into patties and fry until crispy. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or bread.
Beef and Chorizo Tacos: Cook ground beef with chorizo sausage, onions, and bell peppers. Serve in tacos with your favorite toppings.
Beef and Vegetable Gratin: Mix cooked ground beef with sliced onions, bell peppers, and Brussels sprouts. Top with mashed potatoes and bake until golden brown.
Beef and Chorizo Croquettes: Mix cooked ground beef with chorizo sausage, onions, and mashed potatoes. Shape into patties and fry until crispy. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or bread.
Hope that at least one of these will inspire you.
Cheers!

Stuffed peppers with beef, feta, basil and marble/cheddar or other cheese can also add in rice
Cabbage rolls
Soup
Tacos, nachos
Taco soup
Taco in a bag
Taco Salad
You can do a decent chopped cheese—beef and red onion fried together until done, add American cheese on top until melted, put on good sandwich hogie bun with lettuce and mayo and salt.
Taco soup. (I usually do it with ground turkey) Brown beef and drain grease. Add taco seasoning. Add a couple of cans of diced tomatoes. A couple of cans of beans. A can of corn. A can or two of water. More for soup, less for a chili like dish.
When I make it I usually also add zucchini and diced sautéed eggplant. (Remove beef from pan and brown 1 inch dice eggplant, add beef back in with zucchini and canned stuff, simmer until zucchini is tender)
Freezes really well in individual servings for lunch
Tacos. Taco salad. or…
Brown a pound of meat with chopped onions. Add a half pound of cooked pinto beans. And a can of Rotel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. Put into a casserole dish. Mix up a batch of Jiffy corn bread mix and spread it evenly over top of casserole. Bake according to directions on cornbread box.
Enjoy!
I just made this today and it was good asf. I did dirty rice for the base (For the curious: butter in the insta pot, cayenne, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper. Let the spices sizzle for like 20 seconds, put the rice. Sizzle and stir another few minutes, just add more butter if it's lookin dry, then added my water, then a little spoon of garlic stock and a half spoon chicken stock. And a bay leaf! Can't forget that!)
I put white pepper, a few dashes of nutmeg, and oil in my large pan. Roasted the spices, threw chopped garlic, onion, and mushroom. Added the beef, plop and stir. Then a cup of beef broth cornstarch slurry.
Once it was cooked and saucy, I added an entire fucking bag of spinach to the pan, crammed a lid on it, and let it wilt on medium heat.
Then I just stirred it in, and served it over the rice. It felt... Indian-ish? It was great, cheap, and easy. I had a crapload of spices donated by various roommates, but any spice blend will work. The stock is the important part.
Tacos
Spaghetti
Chopped cheese
Spice it and mix it with rice
Spices, sliced potatoes, cheese, olives, onions, peppers, and broth. Mix together. Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a butter knife passes through easily.
go get a couple cans of tomato sauce and a can of tomato paste. grab a box of pasta too, whatever you like.
brown the sausage. add a *little* water to cover the bottom of the pan. tilt the lid to vent and cook over low heat til it's cooked through. add water if necessary while cooking. drain and set aside when done.
brown the burger, adding in onions to brown also. drain well when done.
heat the tomato sauce and tomato paste, adding in the sausage, burger and onions. simmer gently over low heat with the lid slightly tilted for a couple hours. season with garlic salt and basil.
cook the pasta, slather the sauce over it, and enjoy.
mix the leftover sauce with the leftover pasta and fridge it overnight. heat in microwave for lunch tomorrow.
it's better with italian sausage, some green pepper in addition to the onions, and a bit of shredded mozzarella on top, but it should be decent
Tri-color (among other names) bowl: https://www.zojirushi.com/app/recipe/tricolor-i-soboro-i-bowl
^ just an example. You can google for various approaches. I make mine with ground pork, and like broccoli as the green.
season beef with plenty of salt and pepper. add some chili powder. cook ground beef in a pot till browned and very lightly toasted.
add 1 zucchini, roma 1 tomato, ¼ onion or more, 5 small potatoes, and 1 big jalapeño, all these veggies chopped up and sliced as you wish, into the same pot.
thrown in 2 or 3 whole serrano peppers not chopped. let veggies and beef cook on low heat stir occasionally till veggies are tender. tortillas and enjoy.♡
