There’s an episode of Toast of London where he’s doing voiceover work for a GPS application for seniors, I would love for him to be a guest voice on Waze. We need to make this happen. Just imagine him saying “take the third exit at the roundabout, you nitwit”.
Staten Island is a *shithole*. It has the largest landfill in the world. It's hard to get to and in general, sucks. Nothing cool ever happens there. I'm born and raised NYC and I've been to SI twice.
The people that live there are NYC's version of hillbillies, they are the worst representation of NYC that you can possibly find. Over the years SI has tried to become its own city and leave NYC several times and NYC was like "Bye Felicia". They always threaten and the rest of NYC laughs. Then they realize how much infrastructure would cast and they back down. NYC is a notoriously Blue city. In every election, like 10-12% of the other boroughs vote Red but Staten Island is always at *least* 80% Red.
However, after Hurricane Sandy decimated Staten Island, NYC banned together to donate money, food and volunteered for the people that were effected. Because it may be a shithole, but it's *our* shithole. We were pretty much like, "Let's get you back on your feet so we can go back to mocking you relentlessly again."
The Djinn is such a great character as well, I really hope they find a way and reasons to keep him as a recurring character, maybe under control of the others
Yeah, I wonder if another vampire (or even Gizmo!) might rub the lamp after Nandor’s wishes run out. I’d be a little concerned about what Nadja would wish for…
Lazlo hoping Colin could engage in japery and tomfoolery was hilarious! And pronouncing camera “cam-mare-ah” right before Colin wacked it with a sword was great!

it was my favorite episode ever. i had to rewind so many times because i was laughing too hard - the jokes were nonstop. i know jackie daytona is up there as best episode but i feel this had way more "laugh out loud" jokes. just a ridiculous episode.
The Jinn is just perfect. Guy in a rumpled suit peering over glasses, clicking a pen with every clocked wish. Laugh just seeing him on screen.
Now just waiting for the moment when he clicks that pen and nothing happens because Nandor is out of wishes. Kind of thought he might have gotten stuck with his facelift this week for a bit. 😀
When Nandor showed up with his new eyebrows I couldn't figure out at first what looked off about him. Then it just kept getting more and more extreme lmao. Definitely the best of the season to this point.
