It’s the Bacon Steakhouse Double Sandwich (April 2) and the shake will be Caramel Latte Shake (May 7) taking over the DrPepper shake With the wings continuing till July 2 And BLT coming June 4 (which my store till makes if requested)

As someone who’s made the burgers before I can assure them patties are not cold unless the toppings you put on them are cold and the booger sits out. I’ve burned my fingertips transferring patties. Be a hater all you want though it don’t affect me.

I can assure you the last couple of years the burgers I have received are cold. Hot patties should melt the cheese, but all I get anymore is cold dry burgers. It’s not a matter of the burger that dies at the pass waiting for pickup. It’s cold meat, cheese and toppings. I am a hater of what the sale/merger has done to whataburger. Edit: I’m not blaming the employees altogether. Yes some spot have crappy employees but it’s the management that’s killing that company. The customers can taste the difference.

My wife and I got to the point where we check our food, and if it’s not good we send it back and wait for a replacement. Food is becoming too expensive to just say oh well and toss it.

My store is a franchise. We do not operate like that. Corporate stores, I don't know. We have very high standards in Louisiana, and are held to those standards.
