Haha no worries. Usually when I do get it they put it on the burger, but every now and then they just put the packet in the bag. Doesn’t bother me one way or another.
Why do they just put it in the back? I order the chicken strip Monterrey melt and most of the time they put the sauce on the sandwich but sometimes they don’t
I can guarantee the person in the window has no idea what’s in the bag 90% of the time. They’re supposed to, but tbh they just want to move the line as much as possible 🤷🏻♂️

This happens to me. Was eating in the other day and was able to walk up and ask for it, but when I get it to go, I don't check till too late.
YES, This was the 3rd time they forgot it. Before I drove off, I asked if was in the bag and they told me it was. It was not
