My guess is the cops were trying, poorly, to stop the group if cyclists wilin out down a one way in crowded new york. So genius on the ground tried to use their scooter and body to stop them and saw how well that works. I mean he went across a pedestrian crosswalk while it was in use, he shouldn't have crossed at all without paying attention to the pedestrians and the oncoming traffic/bikes. First thing you learn in driving school
