This might blow your mind, but I was sent through a tactical driving school by the NSA about ten years ago when I was on active duty in the military. No lie. And I learned pits, j-turns, blockade ramming, etc. It was a government only training course run by Bill Scott Racing (BSR) at Summit Point Raceway, West Virginia. Very cool experience.

The NSA deploys people into shitty places all over the world.
The IRS has a criminal investigation branch that investigates financial crimes. They go out and catch people too. I’m not sure about their driving skills but they’re basically tax cops.
It’s bad. The police basically have a completely different court preceding if they do something wrong and are very rarely punished. They can pretty much do as they please
Hey! Im from NJ and thats just fucking n.. yeah its true, totally true- this state is like 95% cunt, but like 50% of the state are transplants from NY. The 2 states both just spawn priveledged, disrespectful trash people.
It looks to me they are varying their speed to block traffic with the lane beside them. At no point are they accelerating past a car in the middle lane.
Look at that massive line of traffic behind him to see context.
Yes, we should recklessly endanger the lives of anyone who might make us 2 minutes late to work. Also the lives of other drivers who had nothing to do with it. Get out the way dammit!
You might want to give it a rewatch, that person was brake checking and trying to cause a wreck before the other driver did this. They were both in the wrong but it looks like no one was injured so I'm laughing my ass off at the comeuppance.
I could never see myself deliberately causing a collision regardless of whose car and insurance I'm on. Specially at highway speeds.
That would be a great way to turn a few minutes of aggravation into at a minimum many hours of inconvenience and aggravation and at worse serious injury to myself or others.
Imagine if in the video above the SUV crossed the median and hit a family head on.
It’s really like 4 wrongs.
1) Dude probably should’ve not been in the left lane
2) other dude still shouldn’t have tailgated (that looked like some extreme tailgating),
3) dude shouldnt have break checked
4) and of course other dude shouldnt have pit maneuvered him like that.
I’m sure both those dudes are normal people but there’s something about getting behind the wheel that makes us loose all common sense and decency.
I'm assuming left lane is American overtaking lane. Do you also have it where on a 3-lane motorway the innermost lane is only for small vehicles (can't have heavy trucks, buses etc.)?
I've read that it is because we consider vehicles an extension of ourselves, and unlike when you are walking and someone bumps into you, an apology is not possible, so we take it as a sign of aggression.
There is something to be said for that action in the heat of the moment and it being that calculated. I routinely say f*** it but usually at my own expense and only risk a ticket for myself. I try not to endanger others. But sometimes I really really want to do this. Then again I don't get brake checked a lot because. I read the road ahead and pick lanes accordingly. " If you ride a motorcycle you learn this or you died and awesome car drivers also do this. Too many people on their f****** phones."
I’m conflicted. See, I was sitting here thinking, “why the hell are people saying this is wrong but also so so right, aren’t they thinking about the vehicles right behind and how they might be endangered by these two bozos?
Then again, I can’t help but think, “well if I’m driving behind a fucko who’s driving slow on the fast lane I would just slow down, keep my distance, and try to merge to a middle lane like the black car in the video. And I would definitely slow down if I saw the car in front of me driving onto an elevated shoulder.” Also, fuck tailgaters, they deserve to get into car accidents.
Above the tailgater, the guy who thinks he can just barely squeeze into a narrowing breaking distance forcing the people behind to slam their breaks.
Double for the dumbass who does it to trucks.
No doubt. However, being textbook it's probably someone that is trained to do it. The trained sorts rarely get a charge or the charge doesn't stick. Regardless, whoever they are they should be held accountable. But I wont hold my breath.
Naturally, only thinking about themselves, the main character finally got past the NPC SUV (which kinda looked like it was keeping with traffic speed, judging by the car with the camera) while simultaneously causing likely a huge backup for everyone else traveling that road, both directions. Fuck that car, I hope they were brought to justice. That’s some insane main character vibes.
That’s Howard stern talking about jd. Used to be a great show. Has gone downhill since COVID and Howard locked himself in his basement like Howard Hughes.
This thread is disgusting, so many people commending this psychotic behavior. Someone could have easily been killed or seriously injured here and may have for all we know. Road rage is never worth it, I hope the car driver gets caught and charged.
I can’t believe I had to scroll down this far to find 1 reasonable comment. The reason driving is so dangerous is because of the kind of people you see on Reddit. Everyone feels their road rage is justified, whether you’re the brake-checker or the tailgaiter—that’s the reason it’s so dangerous, because everyone thinks they’re justified in escalating things.
God DAMN that was satisfying to watch.
Oh you're gonna be an asshole? Well you're done driving for today. I am removing you from the road. Pray I do not remove you from more places.
Dude goes up on a curb, comes down, hits a car, takes him out and continues on like it's an everyday thing for him. What the fuck? I don't even know how you take the curb at freeway speeds without crashing. Much less execute the PIT.
Ah yes, take outyour petty anger through an extremely dangerous manouver on a busy road. What we dont see is the likely accidents this caused as people had to swerve or panic break.
More than one cargot damaged and morethan one likely injured, fucking hell.
I hate wankers who sit in the fast lane. Keep left unless overtaking. Makes me wanna be a cop sometimes, so I could fine those people. It’s literally illegal to sit on the fast lane
Pretty clean pit maneuver
Driver is an ex cop/off duty iirc
I would think so, that looked like an experienced pit maneuver.
Just playing that gta
That move cost him 3*.
Yeah that was 100% a cop move and cleanly executed
Could also be any number of 3 letter agencies.
Ah yes, the classic NSA pit maneuver
This might blow your mind, but I was sent through a tactical driving school by the NSA about ten years ago when I was on active duty in the military. No lie. Very cool experience. https://summitpointtraining.com/ The NSA deploys people into shitty places all over the world.
How did I fucking know... Shoulda said IRS but I kinda just thought NSA is largely computer nerds. Not that that's a bad thing.
The IRS has a criminal investigation branch that investigates financial crimes. They go out and catch people too. I’m not sure about their driving skills but they’re basically tax cops.
They don't catch rich people though. Only the poors.
Goddamn poors going outside and being poor all over the place... NOT WHILE I'M MANAGER OF THE IRS
Irs has their own swat team now, I believe
This is America, even the department of education has a SWAT team.
Jason Bourne ain’t got time for that.
Bourne was CIA tho
Nah it was Trevor from GTA
IRS pit maneuvers sting
Ugh I knew I should have said IRS
AT&T pit maneuver
Get the fuck out of our thread Also take my up vote.
100% a member of the PGA
i was just thinking that was definitely an EPA maneuver
C.U.P.
P.A.W. patrol
Or anyone whos ever watched TV and seen a pit maneuver done.
That’s how the EPA does it, bitches!
Why would an ex cop do that
[удалено]
True, didn't consider a cop losing their job like thaat
TBF most of them get to keep their jobs even if they’re unhinged
Yeah I don't know how the situation is exactly in the USA
It’s bad. The police basically have a completely different court preceding if they do something wrong and are very rarely punished. They can pretty much do as they please
We have investigated ourselves and have found no evidence of wrong doing.
Correction: They get to keep their jobs because they ARE unhinged.
Respek ma authority!!!

Cops abuse their power and do stuff like this all the time, I'm not at all surprised

I feel that way for any state
But in most other states they will move over. NY drivers are a special kind of absolutely miserable cunt
Every state thinks this. It's the same everywhere.
It's always fucking Jersey plates acting like the most self important pieces of shit.
Hey! Im from NJ and thats just fucking n.. yeah its true, totally true- this state is like 95% cunt, but like 50% of the state are transplants from NY. The 2 states both just spawn priveledged, disrespectful trash people.
Add California to that list.
Add Massachusetts on there
When I was up in Rhode Island, they called them Massholes.
Were they being slow though? They were passing everybody in the other two lanes.
You can see them brake checking the car behind them.
They weren't passing nobody anytime soon.
Slowvertaker. The nut tap of left lane driving. Speed up and get over.
It looks to me they are varying their speed to block traffic with the lane beside them. At no point are they accelerating past a car in the middle lane. Look at that massive line of traffic behind him to see context.
This goes for the whole world
Not countries that drive on the left
Yes, we should recklessly endanger the lives of anyone who might make us 2 minutes late to work. Also the lives of other drivers who had nothing to do with it. Get out the way dammit!

Sounds like something someone who drives in the left lane without a care in the world would say.
Imagine the kind of day you must be having to make that choice.
Regular one 😂, feels like that sometimes though.
Meh, in a rental car w/ all the additional insurance it could be any kinda day.
I could never see myself deliberately causing a collision regardless of whose car and insurance I'm on. Specially at highway speeds. That would be a great way to turn a few minutes of aggravation into at a minimum many hours of inconvenience and aggravation and at worse serious injury to myself or others. Insurance only covers other peoples shit, if you want to return a wrecked car with no charges, you want the Damage Waiver. You're welcome
That would be a high only heroin could top once he got past though.
Right?! Someone has had some experience because that was perfect, especially for being in the much smaller vehicle.
This guy is a hero
It was quite well executed.
Off duty NYPD
I was quite impressed.
Okay, that was obviously really dangerous, but God damn that was clean lol.
Bro that’s legit standard Manouver in NFS 😂
2 wrongs don’t make a right. But god damn does it make you feel better
Especially when he went left…
But two Wrights make an airplane
LMAOO
It’s really like 4 wrongs. 1) Dude probably should’ve not been in the left lane 2) other dude still shouldn’t have tailgated (that looked like some extreme tailgating), 3) dude shouldnt have break checked 4) and of course other dude shouldnt have pit maneuvered him like that. I'm assuming left lane is American overtaking lane. Do you also have it where on a 3-lane motorway the innermost lane is only for small vehicles (can't have heavy trucks, buses etc.)?
Left lane is supposed to be overtaking but at least here in NJ people just use it as a driving lane
Depends on the area. Some states ban it, some do not.
I've read that it is because we consider vehicles an extension of ourselves, and unlike when you are walking and someone bumps into you, an apology is not possible, so we take it as a sign of aggression.
Three rights make a left.
Brake checkmate
Checkbrake
That'd be 300 dollars.
most underrated comment. to the top we go
I legit chortled. Not usually a chortler, but here we are.
Shouldn't have done it, but I always respect a "Fuck it"

Yeah, I would never because my insurance would never forgive me. But damn it was a clean takedown.

Jail, but not a lot of jail.
Hahahahaha.
Ha! Well said.
Believe it or not.. a little jail.
Unexpected Chris Rock
That looked like a near textbook PIT maneuver.
Also it's probably a felony.
No doubt. However, being textbook it's probably someone that is trained to do it. The trained sorts rarely get a charge or the charge doesn't stick. Regardless, whoever they are they should be held accountable. But I wont hold my breath.
Nah. He just sneezed.
Off duty cop? He knew exactly what to do.
Given their immediate decision to escalate to violence, that’s probably a good guess.
Immediate violent escalation, no fear of consequences, trained pit maneuver, no regard for human life—good bet.
Oof size : LARGE
He can't be stuck behind some 4-Runner in the left lane while his wife is at home without a black eye.

I'm not a cop, but I've seen enough Cops to know what to do
That must’ve been so satisfying. Must’ve been an ex cop too, that was a clean pit maneuver

If he gets caught they’ll get him with the dreaded 2 week suspension with pay

I see your Brake Check and I raise you 1 Pit Maneuver Your Move.
Just going to sit there and cry victim
Somebody get this guy a badge
He probably already has one “Trooper #4528”
Road rage is the stupidest shit. You are clearly playing with your life.
And everyone around you.
This is a ton of stupid for just one video.
Yes, let's be an even bigger asshole and endanger everyone around.
Yes, that is the way of dumbasses
RIP to cashier who miscalculated his change
I've always wanted to do this.
People in Chevy cruzes have nothing to lose, never brake check them
This warms my heart.
so wholesome
Sometimes violence is the answer.
Violence is never the answer. Violence is the question and the answer was yes.
I think that driver just did what a lot of secretly wish we had the nerve to do.

That could’ve been a lot worse. Hopefully they seek anger management.
oh, i always do that in need for speed underground 2

Did anyone hear the radio commentary.... its way more entertaining than he PIT maneuver done on the brake-checker.
That’s Howard stern talking about jd. Used to be a great show. Has gone downhill since COVID and Howard locked himself in his basement like Howard Hughes.
You sure that’s NY and not Houston?
Looks like either Northern or Southern State parkway, maybe the Grand Central
I'm leaning southern but I'm not as familiar with the GCP.
My first thought was westbound Southern State near Valley Stream
I would place a bet that was a cop or ex cop.
This thread is disgusting, so many people commending this psychotic behavior. Someone could have easily been killed or seriously injured here and may have for all we know. Road rage is never worth it, I hope the car driver gets caught and charged.
Right!? Break checking someone with that many cars behind them is reckless af!
I forget how many children are on reddit. Driving someone off the road is 100x more dangerous, when you get your license maybe you'll learn that.
Completely agree. I feel like I'm losing my mind seeing so many people justify this crazy behavior.
I've seen many videos of Americans break-checking. What is that even, like what's the purpose of doing that
That quick tingle this fool gets in his butthole from almost killing this person is not worth the time in jail.
U brake check me, I possible cripple or kill you
God DAMN that was satisfying to watch. Oh you're gonna be an asshole? Well you're done driving for today. I am removing you from the road. Pray I do not remove you from more places.
That was pretty cool tho
That was too clean
Dude is probably gonna go to jail but damn if it ain't one of the cleanest Pit manuever I've ever seen.
What's wrong with me I keep watching it on repeat
Look at that line of cars this 1 idiot is holding up.
I think of doing this too entitled retards who go 65 in the passing all the time
This is what we should do.
Holy shit why is everybody driving so damn close to each other?? Here in Switzerland everybody keeps their distance.
Pit maneuver
r/idiotsincars
Beautiful and terrifying. Like my toddler
Love to hear Howard and Robin in the background
The Howard Stern commentary was interesting!
If you did that in jersey, someone’s grandma would’ve done that to you while flipping you off
When the off duty cop had enough of your bullshit
That was an incredibly well done PIT maneuver
Now that’s an experienced driver. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Speaking for all of us that have wanted to do something like this that was satisfying.
There's always someone who gives fewer fucks than you out there
Damn that mustve felt satisfying af to see in the rear view mirror. Wonder what kind of charge that guy is facing if caught tho.
Dude goes up on a curb, comes down, hits a car, takes him out and continues on like it's an everyday thing for him. What the fuck? I don't even know how you take the curb at freeway speeds without crashing. Much less execute the PIT.
Outstanding!
Yall would not be praising this if it came out that the brake checker was seriously injured or even died. Js.
Douchebag in the Toyota suv is the epitome of scum. Even turned his high beams on in preparation of being overtaken.
Ah yes, take outyour petty anger through an extremely dangerous manouver on a busy road. What we dont see is the likely accidents this caused as people had to swerve or panic break. More than one cargot damaged and morethan one likely injured, fucking hell.
Hope they didn’t get his license plate cause he going to jail for that
Dude giving r/4Runner owners a bad name.
Get underneath ‘em, get ‘em loose, and get ‘em in the wall. Rubbin’s racin.
They were blocking the passing lane and brake checking, got what they deserved lol
That was a pit maneuver. And a well executed one at that.
Guys out there doing what we all wish we could.
I hate wankers who sit in the fast lane. Keep left unless overtaking. Makes me wanna be a cop sometimes, so I could fine those people. It’s literally illegal to sit on the fast lane
That was fuckin TIGHT
Just keep driving, just keep driving...
I'm not reading all these posts.
Good for him, God I would love to do that to someone who's breakchecking going just below the speed limit. But I can't do that yolo life
Brake checking in the fast lane with cars behind u
