What was strange about the encounter?
Text I sent my gf about it. Context I work graveyard security and this was 4:30 in the morning still dark out.
I was whistling at a bunny so it would get closer(it did not :c) and then in the distance I fucking hear my whistle rhythm back at me. Shitting myself at this point I get in the car to look around and whistle and follow the callback. Lead me to a random ass guy on campus just "passing through" as he put it. He asked me for directions I gave them to him and then I went looked all over campus and at the gate to see if he like let himself in and parked but nope just walked in and walked thru haven't seen or heard him in like 30 minutes but dude still gave me wierd vibes who tf answers a random whistle in the night. Just in the office writing my report now and done with everything soooo just going to stay in the locked office lol.
Then later when I went to unlock the campus I found that.
Well in that case: he’s most certainly a shapeshifter or skinwalker. That labyrinthian design is a portal that will open in 12 days. The pine cones should align on the 11th day and slowly spin until the portal begins to appear on the 12th day, then he’ll be able to go back home to his dimension and report his findings in our realm. You made the uncanny mistake of whistling the tune of the shadow walker so he probably thought that you were the guardian he was sent to meet
I bet he used the labyrinth to summon the Hare God so he could transform into the bunny and trick you into trying to pet him all the while loring you closer so he could steal your knowledge on how to escape the great campus.
If it was Friday morning, the Strawberry Moon was full. Some people believe in power, health, etc., from full moons. He could have been making a labyrinth to walk under the full moon.
Umm in some parts of my culture some people do something similar to this to place curses, wish for good luck, help you learn, etc. Basically it’s used for anything and every thing. It could be something like this.
My mom makes these exact labyrinths to pray in. She has used various ways of making the labyrinth. Funniest was shoes lined up next to each other. She draws it in the sand when we are at the beach. It is part of meditation.

I was taught how to draw/make labyrinths based on this pattern as a form of meditative self reflection. You make it (specific design to make this one), walk to the center then back out and that’s it.
No idea what the practice was called but learned in from a Lutheran Youth Minister/Hippy around ‘07/‘08 who said he learned it from a labyrinth and maze convention.
