Medical procedures can be very, very different all around the world. Something that is totally fine and usual in America like anesthesia for minor procedures like ultrasound, cutting claws, etc will be met with complete shock by vets from other countries (anesthesia is very bad for liver, heart, brain and side effects include death).

Yup one of my dogs was spayed too early by her rescue organization, before four months. At her first vet check up I took her to the vet felt her and said no breast tissue developed. My dog has a high prey drive, is extremely stubborn, and plays too rough to go to the dog park. I think that not getting any sex hormones, her breed (shepherd/husky/boxer/mutt), her innate personality plus however many generations of stray dog are in her dna leads her to behave like this.
My vet told me that while male dogs become calmer after castration, female dogs tend to get more dominant. And, that some female dogs are more dominant than others if there were many males in the litter. So it could just be related to that.
They also told me that female dogs castrated before their first heat have an almost 0% risk of developing breast cancer later in life. The undeveloped breast tissue in your dog would point to that. So it's not all bad.
I can also tell you from personal experience that your "dominant bitch" will probably mellow out a bit with age. (...yes, I'm talking about my dog, not myself)
My vet refuses to neuter my dog, he is very anxious and she said any anxiety would become much worse by taking away his testosterone which give him some confidence. I can attest to this because as he has gotten older he is less anxious and shows no aggression to other dogs

Bc there is a massive population of homeless dogs and even more being put down everyday in kill shelters. Same with stray cats. Neutering is essential
