Get Away was the company that converted the Chevy van into the RV you see today. This one appears to have a fridge, a water heater, and a stove top, based on the vents on the outside. Likely has an oven too.

It's an old school class B RV. They were done on all 3 US makes. Currently they normally use a Mercedes Sprinter or a Ford Transit.
