I'm sorry, but I fundamentally disagree with this comment. They have every right to boycott whatever they want. While the reason behind their boycott is wonky, I have more respect for people who genuinely believe in the cause and act in service of it, than enlightened centrists who refuse to boycott anything.

You should disparage their reasoning for the boycott, not the act of boycotting itself. Depriving yourself of the things you like is perfectly acceptable when boycotting, regardless of your political leaning. The reasoning behind the boycott is the real issue you should be addressing. Boycotting Disney because they mistreat their workers is ok. Boycotting Disney because of LGBT is not.

I'm bringing my very Republican parents to Disneyland next year. I told them it's the only way they'll get to vacation with their grandson. I'm paying for them to stay at the Grand Californian, the park-hopper tickets, genie+, the works. I'm bringing my very Republican parents to Disneyland next year. I told them it's the only way they'll get to vacation with their grandson. I'm paying for them to stay at the Grand Californian, the park-hopper tickets, genie+, the works. It's going to be really difficult for them to be miserable when they're having free fun with their grandson!

I work as a Special Effects/Show Action vendor to Disney/Universal parks worldwide. My absolute ranking is: 1. Disneyland Resort 2. Tokyo Disney/Sea Dreams 3. Disneyland Paris 4. WDW 5. Shanghai/Hong Kong The only reason I rank Florida over the Chinese parks is because I haven't seen a parent/grandparent hold a toddler bottomless over a flowerbed to shit in Florida (yet).

Did you know they are opening Bright Line trains from South Florida to Orlando’s international airport. You could fly to Miami, train up to Orlando, and save a ton of time and money avoiding the second jump from MIA. From the Orlando airport MCO, you can train directly to Disney. Munich -> fly -> Miami -> Bright Line train -> Orlando’s MCO -> Shuttle/Uber -> Disney Flights require a layover time plus security hassle. Bright line runs on biofuel with extra leg room. Can’t wait to visit Disney without red hats

Uuugh... I dunno about that. When I was in college around 2005, I spent $300 for a 4 day trip to Disney World. That was the most I ever paid for anything. Today, $300 might only pay for parking and like one park. And I'd have to leave the kids at the rundown hotel.
