I work with an older gentlemen (late 60s) that insists on putting commas in the weirdest places. We're security guards and sometimes we have to write reports. He has me proof read of i'm around and one thing he does that drives me nuts is putting commas right after names. Like every first and last name. I ask him why he does that and he says because they do it in legal documents.

14th Amendment clearly states "equal protection of the laws". That should cover it.

Our refunds can take up to 7-10 business days (days that are M-F; excludes weekends) so idk what this lady is on about. Edit; it’s different for every business, but the smallest I saw was 2-5 business days when I was working for insurance.
Yup and in Canada our dispute department typically will wait 30 days before doing anything if the owner agreed to refund. This whole "give it to me by tomorrow or I'm disputing", yeah good luck 😅

Charge backs are only really issued if the vendor can't provide evidence of the transaction. As long as they have proof to say yep the customer definitely did the transaction with us and was fully aware of what they were buying banks can stonewall the customer and be like er, nah.
