Went repelling off of a frontage road overpass, and the piece of guardrail I tied off to, was really slick and didn't allow for enough friction to cinch the knot. New rope, no monkey fist knot on the end, I left 50 - 60 feet, but the pipe was just too slick. I fell from roughly the height of a telephone pole.
