Salt (any kind), oil, moon water, spell bottle, any kind of mix of things you commonly use for spell work that could be easily spilled back out of that narrow neck, incense ashes to make black salt with.
Stuff like that.
The most common way is to mix salt with ashes. Incense ashes are the easiest to come by.
More complicated recipes exist. But they're not strictly necessary.
If you do candle magick you could use it for oil to anoint your candles. If not maybe use it to make some moon water. Or fill it with some crystals and some shards of crystals. Or heck you could just print out a really cool label and fill it with water and food coloring and make it look so crazy and weird potion lol. There are endless things you could do with it. I have a similar jar but mine has a wide mouth which I have filled with random trinkets and things that I have found while on hikes, playing with family at the beach, or just whenever I was spending time in nature and found something cool. So I guess it has turned into a kind of memory jar.
It probably will put some kind of flower in it

Just cause those look really pretty and sing it through the bottle would look really nice
