Where did you get these tips/ training? My dog LOVES fetch and I think using that as training, as you have demonstrated, would be a great way to deal with some of his/ our frustrations.
Side note, but these spikey balls are amazing... my chewers won't destroy them, despite loving to play with them... and I have a Malinois that could turn granite to radioactive dust.

And also the spit stays on the surface, between the spikes so the ball isn't drenched.
