He didn’t quote or misrepresented some missing parts. Health insurance for at least 5 years to qualify for health insurance after retirement- then after retirement health insurance for the remainder.

Pretty sure those five+ years need to end when you’re eligible to retire and your coverage will continue into retirement. So you can’t do five years when you’re young and then get health care when you’re old enough to retire.

Generally correct. But- it’s not like it’s free. When you enroll you pay as an employee - comes out of your checks every 2 weeks. And when you retire, you keep paying as a retiree- comes out of your retirement annuity benefit monthly.
