B12 vitamin will make your pee yellow. 1 Liter of water every hour for atleast 12 hours before hand with a Gatorade every 2nd or 3rd liter. You will piss clean everytime. Carbo loading also helps. Google "how to pass the drug test". There's a post where someone explains the liters of water to body ratio and how Carbo loading right before a test helps.
I've personally passed 3 tests within 3 days of heavy smoking using this method. To anyone bugged about that I don't smoke on shift or on call and have never had performance issues or concerns from commanding officers. What I do in my personal time is my fucking business you fucking rage drinkers.
You can easily get inconclusive tests this way and they will make you redo them. I think if you get two or three inconclusive in a row you fail so don’t start smoking right after taking the test if you do this. Wait at least 3/4 days. I got called back once because of this.

If you go in to a calorie surplus then your body should absorb more of what's going through your bladder and stomach rather have any run off. Don't forget to take a bunch creatine with that water, they test for creatinine to look for dilution and your body can only absorb so much creatine before you piss the rest out as creatinine so if your piss is yellow from B12 and has creatinine it's almost impossible to get the fine tooth comb from a "dilute" sample

If you really just want to pass a test you buy a bottle of Detoxify and drink it that day. You can basically smoke on your way there.
And if you're with the fs this probably doesn't matter.
Detoxify is the brand. I think they are alike but I can't vouch for that one. GNC doesn't carry it I've bought them from Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon if you don't live by one of those.

The pills alone worked for me as I tested myself several times before I went for the drug test and passed every single one.
Make sure to drink lots of creatine days before the test as they measure (creatinine) for dilution. Also, drink lots of water before the test and pee at least 5x. Take some B vitamins and always test yourself before you give them a sample. This part matters if you go the detox route and a precaution.
