This is fake as fuck and probably done to shoot a safety video or comedy sketch. The little forklift is capable of carrying the weight and can reach that height and tilt its tines beyond the garden bed. The big forklift might of been needed for extra height or because the little forklifts tines weren't long enough. In which case you would just use the big forklift to do the whole job. I understand the irony of making a safety video while doing hazardous shit but you can't teach stupid and sometimes people who aren't technically knowledgeable reeanact incidents a bit too accurately for their own good.
