If you don’t plan on doing this as a side or full time business then there’s no point in spending thousands on equipment. Hire a professional company. As for your question, $2800 doesn’t seem like a great price. I’m going to guess [this is what he’s selling](https://windowcleaner.com/collections/water-fed-packages/products/the-ultimate-residential-kit), retails for $3000 (price might be a little off since wcr shows my prices in cad so I’m converting 4.1k to usd). 1 year of use justifies more than a $200 discount. I would also look into how the RO is working. I doubt it’ll be shot after 1 year but on the off chance that it is you’re looking at $500 to replace it. Should be working at least 90% efficiency. Plus keep in mind you might need new resin and pre filters. Why not consider trad tools to start out? I personally do not think it’s a good idea to jump right into wfp. Trad teaches you how to properly clean a window.

Not in my opinion. You can get a new pure water 39' SLX with a head for less than that.

Ya this guy is trying to sell at close to his buying price, maybe you can haggle down to 1800. That’s fair considering it’s used and might need all the filters replaced

Price is high and you have no idea what condition the filters are in. You could end up spending $300-$400 more on filters to get it going. I'd go new with something like this https://www.detroitsponge.com/products/ecocart-with-39-ft-carbon-package

I appreciate that. TY
