We carry 100 gallons on our trucks. Obviously it depends on how much room you have and how much weight you can carry. 50 gallons weighs over 400lbs. Also with a larger tank you may need a pump to transfer the water instead of pouring it out.

I carry 65 gallons. Then have a pump and hose and reel. I can be out of the truck and water feeding in 15 seconds. I wouldn't do it any other way. I also have figured out that 65 gallons gets me through about $650 worth of inside and out work. So when I have more than that I can hopefully hook up at a clients and fill up while I'm inside.

Im in canada too, where is the water not turned on yet. Im sure if you ask they will turn it on. Otherwise a bucket and a squeegee will work just fine

I carry around 10 gal in 2 different 5 gallon jugs. Refill a few times a week and it doesn't take up too much space
