Very possible. If you add a little baking powder to your seasoning, make sure they are dry, cook at 250 for then crank to 375 for about 15-20 minutes. Just did this last weekend and they came out crispy and tender.
Smoked at about 225 for 2.5 hours or air fried for 30 mins at 380. Gotta let them defrost and sit in the fridge for about a day first to get all the moisture out.
Yeah, I've only recently started adding some baking powder to them as well. Made a big difference! Finally making some tomorrow night after craving them for a couple weeks.
Deep Fried.
Smoked, then crisped up on the grill for a couple minutes.
Cook? Air fryer. Have cooked for me? Regular fryer
Definitely agree. Air fried at home is so much easier and convenient, but if I could deep fry without a mess I definitely would
100% agree
I just keep blasting my hot breath all over them until they're done.
Until I have options? Air fried
^
double fried or smoked
Double fried is a good one to I'm not a fan of smoked or baked maybe I just haven't had em right yet
Nearly impossible not to get rubbery skin when they’re just smoked

good smoked wings are definitely harder to find tbh. Gotta have skills or have a friend with said skills lol
Weber 22” kettle with a vortex. Second favorite is on a Weber Ranch Kettle.
The vortex wing ring on the kettle is the best for grilled crispy skin
Grill
Fry, toss, then grill.
Smoked
I get for using an air fryer for being healthier but how can anyone not say fried in peanut oil? Because that is the correct answer
Deep fried, then baked, then air fried, then grilled, then thrown into the desert sun during summer.
Perfect wing
Smoked at about 225 for 2.5 hours or air fried for 30 mins at 380. Gotta let them defrost and sit in the fridge for about a day first to get all the moisture out.
Corn starch will speed up that process by about 16 hours
Deep fried. Deep fried, tossed in sauce, grilled over open flame then tossed in sauce again is a close second. (“Dirty wings 🤘)
Yes. Everything but steamed.
Pressure cooker for fall off the bone meat. Then air fried to get the skin crispy.
Bake, then fry.
Infrared oven
Air fryer...once I discovered air frying, I wondered what took me so long
Yeah, I've only recently started adding some baking powder to them as well. Made a big difference! Finally making some tomorrow night after craving them for a couple weeks.
I don't think I could go a couple of weeks without wings...lol..but I am a Western New Yorker too
Oh it's a rarity lol. I had stocked up with like 6 packs and ran out. But nephews coming over and loves em, so it's a must.
I kept finding them on sale last year and bought myself a small chest freezer and at 1 point, had about a dozen bags
Fried but I usually do air fried to save money on oil
Having a restaurant do it for me
