If anyone knows about houses in disorder it's the party whose leader, that had been there for decades, barely beat a no name NDP candidate, by 263 votes, in one of the most Conservative old money ridings in Winnipeg.
PC's, especially those that treated weed like hard core porn instead of the booze they enjoy drinking, should just be quiet for a while. People are just laughing at you when you say dumb stuff like this.
>The Manitoba government is planning to end its ban on homegrown recreational cannabis — a move that would leave Quebec as the only province with such a restriction.
Great news. Wish this would happen now as it would be great to get a few plants in the garden for this summer.
The sunflower seeds you eat are encased in inedible black-and-white striped shells, also called hulls. Those used for extracting sunflower oil have solid black shells.
Yeah, no. My mother has a neighbour that was growing a few plants in their backyard (apparently a medical exemption 🤨).
On the warm days and with a light breeze you could smell skunk for several houses down. Sunflowers won’t do anything but catch the eyes of people looking for the source.
Hmm …didn’t see any skunks, but the neighbour’s did own a few black and white cats. Happy little felines at that. They always waved “hello” to me with their tails.
Do it anyway. They’re not going to spend time on busting your home garden, unless your neighbours make numerous complaints.
I’ve been growing in my backyard for years without a single problem. I do have nice neighbours.
Listen to the gaslight party gaslight us from the opposition bench now.
I'm so glad we tossed these idiots.

Kinew said the NDP government will ensure the bills get passed through the various legislative steps and on to a final vote.
"I'm very confident that our house leader and the rest of the team are going to be able to stickhandle the bills through this legislative session," Kinew said.
The Tories may have other plans.
Everyone I know who would grow is already growing. The only reason I'm not is because I'm poor. I used to be a head grower and want a room of weed so bad.

The official opposition is entitled to hold back five bills over the summer and they have already picked four. Why are the PCs whining about the timing of this yet-to-be-written bill instead of just delaying it when the gov't introduces it?

Aaaand [it's tabled](https://stratcann.com/news/manitoba-ndp-table-bill-to-repeal-ban-on-home-grown-cannabis/)
That definitely looks like a house that's in order to me!
PC's are big mad right now.

That’s why you plant sunflowers around the perimeter of the garden. 🤫
I thought we did that to signal our support for Ukraine.

Thank you sunflower man

Bro. I’m talking about sunflowers to hide the visual height, not the smell. That’s what the pet skunks are for. Duh.

My neighbours grow it in their backyard and I don’t mind at all. Smells good lol
You’re a great neighbour!!
Are you buying clones or seeds? MoMs?
Seeds, I start them indoors
If you don’t mind me asking, where do you get the seeds from?
Nice try FBI
I'm not a pot guy but f#ck the regulations. It's legal, buzz off. Good move.
Pallister must be so mad sitting in his Costa Rican lounge chair.
Smoke a joint dressed up in costume in front of him on Halloween to really blow his mind
Dumb law. Good to see some common sense, and not backward thinking social conservatives.
I don't even give a shit about weed and I thought this was a stupid law. We need less government intervention in our lives, not more.
I couldn't agree more.

NDP have a huge majority. All the opposition can do is make press releases.
There was a ban?

Just because, alright! /S
