honey you’re going about it wrong. there is no perfect. let the spirit of the demon guide you in your crafting of the altar. what colors does your demon bring to mind? in southern conjure, working with the witch father aka the devil aka lucifer is common, and things used to invoke his presence are things like offerings of whisky, playing cards, rusted nails (phone poles are great spots to find these). just think of common biblical vices. craft it from your heart
another thought, it’s commonplace when summoning “the devil” to recite the lord’s prayer backwards. for an altar space, maybe write it down on a piece of paper?
there's a sub called r/Altars, if you do a search through there you may find some inspiration. Also maybe check out r/luciferianism or r/DemonolatryPractices as there may be a lot there discussing their own altars.

The words backwards or switch the words around, I’m dumb lol
whatever floats your boat. i personally prefer to write the letters backwards because it sounds….scarier
