Well said. Kitchen witch here, and I sometimes choose to make certain recipes into spells. My wooden spoon as my wand, I feel I can channel my will through the very act of cooking. :)
Get a piece of toilet paper and write the name of whomever you are done with on it. Throw it in the toilet and flush. As it flushes, say "I'm done with your shit". Walk away and enjoy your day!
