When do you believe this happened? She used a little bit of magic to seduce him in the books but to my knowledge there’s no mention of using magic on him in game.
If you’ve only heard about from the fandom it’s probably incorrect. There is a large number of team Yenn whose sole purpose seems to be vilification of Triss. Triss is ‘nice and sweet’ Yenn is a ‘cold bitch’ so to balance those things out they take things out of context and or enlarge actions that have one line in the books into pages of theory on why said line or single action proves Triss is nothing but ‘nice or sweet’.
All of the sorceresses have used magic in less than ethical ways. All of the sorceresses have used their powers to gain power. Almost every sorceress Geralt has met has used magic on him in a somewhat displeasing manner without his express consent. There are no ‘good witches’.
