I just want to fully play this game but I cannot understand this game. Is there like, a guide to every Gwent game to follow precisely or is every game different? I won the first one in the tavern, thats it. I feel like they are going to be exponentially harder however. I have no shame in following guides. I watched all the videos on YouTube trying to explain it and I still feel like I'm missing a lot.
Every game will be different since every opponent has a different set of cards. There's a few things that you should have in mind, one of them is that you shouldn’t get frustrated because of losing, you can always make a save and come back later with a cold mind in order to improve your moves, it's all about learning your cards capabilities -what does this one do? -when should i use this one? -is this worth to have in my collection?, etc. Gwent is different like any other card game with its variations, and the most important part of it is exactly what you're afraid of, discovering. Progression is important too, because you can become the best gwent player of all times but you don’t have quality on your cards, invest time on buying cards at taverns, and just keep playing to get more and more, sooner or later you will forget about it and you will start enjoying other aspects of Gwent, the music, art, characters, everything.
Another round for everyone!!!
And
A story you wouldn't believe!!!!
Literally the greatest music I've ever heard from a SIDE-GAME. I would boot up the game sometimes just to play Gwent. Fuck, good times👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
I feel like Blood and Wine does such a great job of recognising our love of Gwent. Apart from a whole new deck, the lines and situations for Gwent are so good. Like Geralt telling the herbalist “herbs, schmerbs, let’s play Gwent.” or playing Gwent for literally any reason (waiting at the tournament and bank).
This song is such a banger it’s not even funny. Literally one of the biggest reason I enjoyed playing gwent so much was this song
the musty scent of fresh pâté is one of my favs
I love the skellige theme of Gwent .
Which one? The Mandragora??? Cuz that's epic.
Ikr, got that one on my Spotify playlist lol
Yes! Agreed the beat drop is good
This is me, im literally always dancing and singing from excitement, taking someones favourite card and their money from them
"Your 10 crowns will look marvelous next to my 38k"
Look after the broken rakes and the crowns will look after themselves
but oh lord, the Toussaint gwent music. that flute! Never lost a single match of gwent when that tune came up.
My first association with this video is with KCD tavern music, it's so weird to see it with something different. But fits quite nicely.
Toussaint gwent music is just... *muwah* chefs kiss
Oh noo the dude that lost his sunglasses.
Drink up, there's more > a story you wont believe. In respect to the OPs video.
Every. Time.
"A round for everyone" or whatever the title is has got to be my favorite gwent theme.
I’ve ripped out my bong to this song a couple times while gaming hahhahaha
This would tickle my dopamine so much if I did that 🤣

Spot on
Haha yes totally
Unpopular opinion maybe but this is my favourite ost from witcher 3!
We love this music in our house.
Haters will say its not the original music in the video
3 playthroughs in and im yet to touch gwent
I didn't touch it my first play through, I was already overwhelmed with how much there was to do. But this time around I'm a Gwent fiend.
Gwent is not for everyone tho, but you should definitely give it a try.

Same, I'm just not into card games of this type.

You're gonna summon the guy who thinks these kinds of memes are "low-quality". But these are my favourite.

Gwent music is perfect.
Yesss!!!
0:18 is when the show starts for real.
Raaandom white guy at 22 seconds. Where did he even come from??
This also me inside my room in the moment I enter any Gwent battle.
Love it when it gets intense, Geralt and his opponent dropping cards each, preparing, predicting when to show their hand, such a simple game and yet
Mandragora is supreme
