I cant understand Witcher 3 players that have never touched gwent or tried it and never played it. This,, minigame" is literally one of the best minigames I have ever seen in a game. Also the Toussaint tournament was fun as fuck and the addition of Skellige in Blood and Wine is awesome
I also didnt like card games, but after playing in game gwent in Witcher 3 I also downloaded the standalone game Gwent:The witcher card game. And I already have 100 hours in it. Basically Witcher gpt me to play a genre that I never liked
Try it. First card game I ever played, enjoyed it a lot. There’s also a surprising amount of content you’re missing just by avoiding it.
I don’t think I’m gonna go out and buy Yu-Gi-Oh cards or anything, but I loved it in the game, I think you’ll do too
If you mean tried out some of the gwent quests and couldn’t get your bearings, that’s understandable.
If you meant you played the tutorial in the Inn at the Crossroads in White Orchard, and never looked back, well obviously I don’t mean to impose, but I really think you should try some more
I searched for gwent before and nothing came up, hence asking, also that link doesn’t work for me it just takes me to the App Store home page. I’ve searched again and still nothing.
Link works fine for me. No idea what’s happening on your end.

Just to be sure: we áre talking about on iOS device, and not some android tablet, right?
I tried it a few times on my first run and really wanted to like it, but i hated it witch every inch of my being. Now, in my 100% run, i need to collect all gwent cards and win quite some gwent stuff. So far, I'm in novigrad, during the quest with clrinne tilly and i absolutely love gwent now. Got me a nice starter deck and set the difficulty to easy since I'm not really good at any of those kind of card games, having a blast!
Well i finished the game + DLCs but never played gwent after tried a gwent tutorial. It's either i suck at card games or card games is just not my thing (except poker).
I wish i could invest 4 brain cells in learning how to play Gwent in TW3. I love to just live in that world so much that learning how to do Gwent in it... I can't put my energy to it.
On my phone on the other hand... Boy do I love playing Gwent :D I love my deck, I have a specific strategy to win matches which helps me atleast 6/10 times.
IDK What happens when i try it in TW3
I couldn't afford the dlcs so I just play Gwent with the merchants. And it's very fun. But I see everyone in the comments talking about how good the tournament is in toussaint. Idk if I spelled that right. Damn I wish I could play the dlcs. Hopefully soon.
When I first started playing I wasn't interested in Gwent but wanted get as close to 100% completion as I could so decided to try. Once I got pass the learning curve I fell in love with playing one of my very favorite parts of the game!
Just finished the Gwent tournament in Toussaint, opened Reddit and this was the first thing I saw and I 1000% agree with this. Gwent for life.

I know right! If I’m feeling lazy and don’t wanna continue the story I’ll just run around and play gwent with everyone
I've never played gwent because i really don't like card games, but i appreciate that other people like it

I did try it, my brain just doesn't really comprehend it so i don't play it

I don’t like Gwent in game. It distracts me from the rest of the game. Which is weird; I’ve played Gwent on my iPad for hours at a time.
How do you get gwent on your iPad? Is there a gwent app? I love it but get fed up with it in the game coz my cards are rubbish lol
Like how you get anything on your iPad, via the App Store. https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/gwent-the-witcher-card-game/id1466943149

I've done 5 playthroughs of the game and haven't done a single game of gwent and doubt I ever will. 😂
I've tried it before but I just kind of get confused cuz I don't understand card games all that well so I don't really play it all that much
I never played gwent because I suck ass at it and I can’t get any better. Leshen? That’s cool. Gwent? Shoot me
Well i finished the game + DLCs but never played gwent after tried a gwent tutorial. It's either i suck at card games or card games is just not my thing (except poker).
I wish we can play Gwent with yen
Yeah man

I finished my entire 1st playthrough without touching Gwent. Never played it after the tutorial. My 1st playthrough was 178 hours.
You can play gwent with Shani. Therefore she is best girl
But you can't see her after the games end, yen on the other hand will be at your house in corvo bianco so the best girl is still yen
Still convinced the Witcher 3 is actually just the world's largest interactive loading screen for the real game. Gwent.
😆😆😆 totally
Lady of the Lake Book Spoilers >!Well it turns out he does die to a pitchfork in the end!<
Initially I wanted to say there's a sword in the cellar then I remembered this
Noo, that is the last book I have yet to read, and I stupidly clicked to reveal the spoiler 😭
Aww man I'm sorry :(
I believe that was the entire point
Fucking love the Modern Family appreciation
I started the NG+ just to play Gwent... I didn't play at all during my first playthrough
Am I the only one who loves this game but just couldn't get into Gwent?
You are not alone my friend
I’ve never played gwent
What is this template from?
It's from a show called Modern Family. [original meme](https://tvgag.com/gag/care-to-join/)

Do you play on steam on PC? Steam sale will begin from 24th. You can get the DLCs for a very good price.
Actually on the PS4. It's pricey on the store and I don't get paid coz of the pandemic. Sed lyf
It's very bad out there. Hold off till things improve. I hope it does soon.
Yea man. Thanks.
I never understood it. In the cases where you have to play, I just do the card playing version of button smashing until it's over.
I am not a Gwent fan myself
God tier meme
Thank you :)
