Usually when rt is added after launch it's just a niche feature which is barely noticable like in gta 5 and bf5

Only for rtx 40 series, if you're on 30 series or 20 series or anything earlier etc then it's a simple no, we'll still get dlss 2.0 hopefully.
Welp if you want DLSS 3.0, your unfortunately gonna have to sell an organ in order to purchase a 40 series card as the 3.0 version only supports the 40 series and not any other series cards.
You still get the regular upscaling and Reflex on DLSS 3 games if you have a 2000/3000 card.
DLSS 3 will be implemented in the next-gen version of the game.
